FINALLY FINISHED ONE OF MY SECRET PROJECTS! YAY!
I love the Metroid Prime Trilogy, and Love Metroid in general, so why not make a 2D render of the most Badass Metroid villain of all time, in his latest incarnation (Other M isn't out yet so it doesn't count XD)
now this took so long for 2 reasons
A) I stopped working on it :P
B) I first coloured him with gradient, didn't like it, so then I recoloured him Fever style, still didn't like it, then I shaded him and he looked wierd, so I took out some the shading and mostly added highlights, and I was happy ^^ so here he is in all his mechanical, dragony epicness

Hey, I've been searching far and wide for a suitable Ridley to use for a tattoo design. I need something to accompany the screw attack symbol I have on my shoulder blade.

So, how would you feel if I put your artwork on my skin for life? :)

Ummh sure XD but I can't take all the credit for the pose since the basis was Omega Ridley's Art from Corruption, I just re-drew it in my more cartoony style scanned it and finished it on flash

Actually the cartoony/vector like style helps it translate better for a tattoo design. The bold lines should make it look great.

Ah. No problem. I just need to change the colors up a bit, and I should be set.
Even though you can't take all the credit for the design, this is definitely inspiring, and I thank you for that. I'll show you the finished product anyhow :)
